Many of you may realize that an email that you are seeing has a measure of when it was opened or clicked of a link within. The logic is generally implemented with graphics that load upon opening the email. Size of a pixel so you won’t see the image.

So let’s say you want to open the email undetected? How would that be done? Why your smart phone has a feature that allows just that. Try this?

  1. Take the phone and let it list out your emails to open.
  2. Change your smartphone into ‘airplane mode’
  3. Open the email that you wish to read undetected. Close it.
  4. Turn off ‘airplane mode’.

Report your results. Do the inbound sales people leave you alone longer?
